We recently had a service done on our Navien tankless water heater/HVAC and heat pump system by one of your employees – Chris. My wife and I wanted to tell you how happy we were with his service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When our heat pump subsequently ceased to work during this unusually hot heatwave, Chris immediately slotted us in between other service calls and showed up when he said he would. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly and followed up on his word. We were very impressed with his level of customer service and professionalism.
